• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Türkiye İçin)

• Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days.

• Express option available in major cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir): 1–2 business days.

• Free shipping on orders above ₺2,500 (or belirlediğin sınır).

3. International Shipping

• We ship across Europe, Middle East, and selected global destinations.

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Packaging & Safety

• All products are packed in durable, eco-friendly cartons.

• Fragile or bulk items are shipped on pallets for maximum safety.

• Food contact products are shipped in hygienically sealed packaging.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

• Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable (except in case of defect).
